How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. You can also view live status updates in the My Account section.
What payment methods do you accept?
We process all payments securely via PayFast. This allows you to pay using:

- Instant EFT
- Capitec Pay
- Zapper / SnapScan
Can I change or cancel my order?
Our fulfillment system is automated for speed. If you need to make changes, please contact orders@eleveinc.co.za immediately (within 1 hour). Once an order is "Processing," it cannot be changed.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. You can initiate a return directly from your Account Dashboard.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We partner with DHL Express and FedEx for global delivery. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
My item arrived damaged?
We take full responsibility for factory defects. Please take a photo and contact us via the Chat To Us page within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
