- Account Management: Verifying ownership of your profile.
- Fulfillment: Processing orders and managing logistics.

We do NOT store payment details.
All transactions are processed via PayFast, a PCI-DSS Level 1 Compliant Service Provider. Eleve Inc never has access to your credit card numbers or banking pins.
6. Data Retention
Inactive accounts (no login or purchase activity for 24 months) may be scheduled for deletion. You may request immediate deletion of your account and data at any time via the Support channel.
