Refunds, Exchanges & Warranty

At Eleve Inc, we strive for perfection in every garment. However, if a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a transparent and straightforward returns process outlined below.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Requests made after this 30-day window will be archived and denied automatically by our system.

2. Condition of Item

To successfully process a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed.
  • In its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Free from scents, stains, or signs of wear.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, the following are final sale:

  • Gift Cards (Digital or Physical).
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Archives".
  • Underwear, socks, or swimwear.

4. How to Return

  1. Log in to your Account and select the order.
  2. Click the "Refund" button next to the item.
  3. Fill out the reason form and submit.
  4. Wait for approval via email (typically 24 hours).
  5. Ship the item back using the provided address.

5. Refunds & Logistics

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Important Note

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective.

6. Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) via the Chat To Us page.

We will replace the item at no cost to you, including shipping.
