1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Requests made after this 30-day window will be archived and denied automatically by our system.
2. Condition of Item
To successfully process a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- In its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Free from scents, stains, or signs of wear.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, the following are final sale:
- Gift Cards (Digital or Physical).
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Archives".
- Underwear, socks, or swimwear.
4. How to Return
- Log in to your Account and select the order.
- Click the "Refund" button next to the item.
- Fill out the reason form and submit.
- Wait for approval via email (typically 24 hours).
- Ship the item back using the provided address.
5. Refunds & Logistics
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Important Note
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective.
6. Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) via the Chat To Us page.
We will replace the item at no cost to you, including shipping.
