If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

As a user, you are responsible for:

• Accurate Info: Providing valid email, name, and shipping details.
• Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• Activity: Accepting responsibility for all actions that occur under your account.

You agree not to engage in:

• Checkout Bypassing: Attempting to access success pages without valid payment. This results in an immediate ban.
• Fraud: Any unlawful activity harmful to Eleve Inc or its users.
• Interference: Disrupting the website's functionality or security.

All content (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is the exclusive property of Legacy Co (Parent Company) and is protected by intellectual property laws.

By submitting reviews, you grant us a royalty-free right to use, modify, and display such content for marketing purposes.

Eleve Inc is not liable for:

• Customer Damages: Damage caused to products by you after delivery.
• Courier Issues (Standard): For orders under R400, we may offer replacements at our discretion.
• Courier Issues (High Value): For orders over R400, insurance is optional. If you decline insurance, we are not liable for courier loss/damage.

However, we accept 100% responsibility for any factory defects or design errors.

Eleve Inc reserves the right to pursue legal action against users who violate these terms in a way that causes financial damage to the business.
